Visa support to Azerbaijan
Caspian Tour is a travel agency operated by Tourist License dated on 23.06.2010 under the number 040738 issued by Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan Republic. By this license we are authorized to provide with Tourist Vouchers or Letter of Invitations (LOI) to the tourists wishing to visit Azerbaijan.
A single entry touristic visa support
It costs 50 USD per person. Group (10 persons) rate is 30 USD per person. For this we provide you with official Letter of Invitation (LOI) and touristic voucher. This service is provided immediately from Caspian Tour side.
Some Embassies of Azerbaijan Republic request an approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Republic. It takes approximately a month to obtain such an approval and costs 55 USD per person. Group (10 persons) rate is 35 USD per person. The consulate fee in the Embassy should be paid separately by tourist. Tourist visa is valid up to 30 days.
Those 2 kind of visa support stated above can be provided for free if the tourists buy all the components (except of air tickets and insurance) of tour package from Safe Way Travel as well.
For citizens of the CIS countries (except Armenia as an aggressor country) and Turkey visa to Azerbaijan is not required. Citizens of other countries have to obtain visa at Azerbaijani consulates in foreign countries before arrival. Visas upon arrival in Baku GYD international airport are not available except of Israeli citizens.

The procedure of this kind of visa support takes 2 working days.
Following documents are required in the Embassies for visa obtaining:
1. Application form
2. LOI or Tourist Voucher
3. Two passport photos (size 3×4)
4. Original passport or travel document (must be valid for at least 6 months after the expiry date of the Azerbaijani visa applied for)
5. Payment for visa fee (depending of citizenship)
6. Touristic or hotel voucher (can be provided by Safe Way Travel)
We need scanned passport copy of tourist, exact entry and departure dates to/from Azerbaijan and the place of visa apply for all kinds of above visas.
Note: According to the Law on State Duty of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 223 IIQ 04.12.2001, for the person presenting the original of tourist voucher, the visa fee is defined as 20 USD. Originals can be provided by express mail for additional payment or by post if there is enough (up to 1 month depending on the country) time.
It is not a Safe Way Travel responsibility for visa rejects. Payment for rejected visa is refunded but in case of tourist fault lack.
